Returns Policy

We do our best at Genesource, LLC to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at orders@thegenesource.com. Due to the products being temperature sensitive we do not accept returns.  All Sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

 

Shipping Policy

  • WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO CANADA.
  • ONLY DOMESTIC U.S. PHYSICAL ADDRESSES.
  • We do not offer storage for semen.
  • We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • $25 handling fee on orders to be shipped.
  • All orders will be shipped regular Ground unless indicated on your order. Two day, three day or overnight shipments will be made upon request with your semen order. 
  • UPS shipping charges to your location and back to Nocona, TX.
  • We send tank then we send a call tag to have tank returned to our office.
  • Semen Tanks contain Hazardous Material, Nitrogen. Please wear protective gloves when opening and handling contents.
  • Customers are able to pick up their order from us in Nocona, Texas to save the cost of shipping.

Genesource is excited to add an online shopping option to our customers!

* Online order payments will only be processed after a staff member from the Genesource office has contacted the client to confirm available inventory and pricing. 

Shipping cost (based off of the destination address) will be added to the order during checkout and after conformation we will collect shipping instructions, process payment and commence shipping.

* ALL SEMEN ORDERS ARE A 5 STRAW MINIMUM *
